I had such a great experience at this clinic! The customer service is amazing from start to finish. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, Kayla did a great job with my X-rays and made the process very comfortable, and Alexis was wonderful during my cleaning. Dr. Andrei was extremely thorough and took the time to check every small detail, which made me feel very well taken care of. Everyone was professional, friendly, and attentive.

Let me start by saying I was nervous about switching to another new dentist given some questionable experiences in the past. This was nothing short of a 5 star review. I almost shared screenshots of a friends group chat where I just gushed about the experience as proof but did post one photo to show the Invisalign treatment plan with the 3D modeling. I highly recommend this practice. Bedside manner and making patients feel comfortable is a lost art. This is a woman owned and staffed practice and you can feel it the second you walk in. Things that stood out: - They had a space heater in the waiting room for a “cold side” and “warm side”. - A basket of blankets for your comfort and offered me one throughout my appointment just in case. - Chairs positioned towards the water view in the exam rooms - thank you! - Everything was SO clean - Free chapstick with 4 flavor options before they stretch your lips for X-rays and cleaning so they won’t crack. It’s the little things. - Asked to see photos of my kids and just chit chatted through the appointment (not everyone loves this but I did). They clearly enjoy their jobs. - Identified 2 small cavities and di

Dr. Andrei is literally the BEST dentist I've ever had! I had a cavity filled today (womp womp), but Dr. Andrei and Bianca ensured I didn't feel a thing! Everyone who works there is amazing and they actually make it a fun experience. It's like walking into Cheers only it's a dentist's office! It's fabulous! Seriously though, I highly recommend Dr. Andrei and her fabulous staff!

The experience here is amazing !! The team are kind, professional, knowledgeable, pretty, and willing to work with you to get your smile back. I HATE going to the dentist, ergo, I haven't been in years except for emergencies,. Well I finally took the first step to correct my situation and made the best decision in my life to come to South Broward Dentists. I'm so looking forward to my new smile and hope the rest of my journey is as comforting as my initial visit. Bravo to a super fine set of Dentist ladies !!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Andra Andrei at South Broward Dentistry & Prosthodontics. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. Dr. Andrei is not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also warm, patient, and truly attentive. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely comfortable and confident in your treatment. What really touched me was the personal follow-up — even a handwritten note checking in after my appointment. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and shows how much she truly cares about her patients beyond just the clinical side. If you’re looking for a dentist who is skilled, detail-oriented, and genuinely compassionate, Dr. Andra Andrei is exceptional. I’m so grateful to have found her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.
